Hand carved penny set in a sterling silver bezel set with black spinel melee.

The copper is carved away on the face revealing the "skeleton" under the skin. 41 black spinel stones measuring about 1.5mm are set in the bezel totaling around 0.92 carats. 

Chain length is 19.5 inches.
